Examinations are the foundation of good health for your puppy and kitten's well-being. Not only do your young pets need to be vaccinated against deadly diseases, there are significant growth changes taking place in their teeth, skeletal system, eating habits, body weight and overall behavior that should be monitored closely.

With our Puppy and kitten packages we make it easy for you to get your pet's life off to a happy and healthy start. We bundle all recommended healthy pet treatments into 3 visits which saves you time and money. This package of preventative care services provides an average discount of 23% over individualized pricing.

We are very excited to meet you and your new member of the family!

What to Expect Before, During and After Your Pet's Examination

Our doctors and staff want to get to know you and your pet without rushing.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled examination in order to complete intake paperwork. This important information helps both the assistant and doctor evaluate your pet's condition.

The assistant then settles you and your pet comfortably into an examination room, reviews your intake paperwork, gets a current weight and temperature and documents the pet's history and your concerns.

After the doctor has been briefed by the assistant regarding your pet, the doctor commences his/her examination. Our doctors' examinations are conducted with thoroughness and compassion while always listening attentively to the client's concerns and questions. Upon completion of the examination, the doctor puts together a recommended treatment plan presented by the assistant. This plan will always include the cost of the recommended treatments so that we are all on the same page.

Your pet's well-being is our top priority, so follow-up telephone check-ins and recheck appointments are our way of making sure your pet is continuing positive progress on its way to a healthy life.

It is best to plan on 45-60 minutes for a comprehensive or annual exam, and 30-45 minutes for a follow-up exam, so that your pet's medical treatment is the best it can be. New clients, please allow 60 minutes.
